# LAKA–WCAG Accessibility Grammar

> A declarative accessibility grammar pairing the WCAG 2.2 A/AA success criteria with the LAKA planning and measurement model: operational summaries, rule logic, evidence semantics, release gates and a machine-readable rule schema.

Version 1.0.0, reviewed 2026-09-02. 55 WCAG 2.2 A/AA criteria (31 A, 24 AA), 50 LAKA base-grid cells, 14 measurement lenses, 700 addressable analysis cells, 6 schema-validated example rules, 71 primary sources.

Boundaries: A specification and reusable content set — not an installed accessibility scanner, legal opinion, certification or completed website audit. All sample observations are explicitly untested. WCAG 3 remains draft guidance rather than the target for this package.

## Usage note
WCAG defines required outcomes. LAKA defines diagnosis, repair depth, measurement and feedback. A registry row is never evidence of a pass; every applicable entry needs instantiated objects and states, reproducible assertions, an owner and retained evidence. All sample observations in this package are explicitly untested, and WCAG 3 is draft guidance rather than the target here.
