FOR pointer targets, use at least 24 by 24 CSS pixels OR establish a valid spacing, equivalent-control, inline, unmodified-browser or essential-presentation exception. For spacing, centered 24px-diameter circles around undersized targets must avoid other targets and other undersized-target circles.
