The custom LAKA grammar, measurements, release policies and agent workflow are proposed implementation design. They are not issued, accredited or certified by W3C. They can help organize work but need evaluation on the actual product.
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the target profile; WCAG 3 draft concepts are not treated as shipping requirements here. Supplemental policies do not establish full AAA conformance. [S-OVERVIEW, S-WCAG3]
WCAG success criteria and definitions have priority over these paraphrases. Explanatory documents and patterns should inform implementation without being misrepresented as the only permitted technique. A criterion can require multiple assertions, and not all requirements can be automated. [S-WCAG22, S-TOOLS]
This package does not decide which law applies to a business or provide immunity from complaints or litigation. Do not advertise it as a legal guarantee. Scope native apps, documents and other formats separately when they are part of delivery; the web-component rules alone are not a complete format-specific evaluation.
